What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat patients as a Speech Language Pathologist in an SNF inpatient and outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized Speech Language Pathology treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab team members
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility standards
Educate patients and families to maximize functional outcomes and independence
What We’re Looking For
Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license in Florida
(or ability to obtain — relocation support available)
Experience in SNF, inpatient rehab, or outpatient physical therapy preferred
(New graduates encouraged to apply — clinical mentoring provided!)
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
